All Things Debt

Most of us will deal with debt at some point in our lives — a mortgage, a student loan, a credit card… or sometimes something that’s got a little out of hand. The trouble is, not all debt is created equal, and it can be hard to know whether what you’re carrying is helping you build your future… or quietly holding you back. In this episode we unpack the difference between “good” and “bad” debt, whether borrowing is just a normal part of modern life, and what to do if things feel overwhelming.

We all know the feeling — a balance that doesn’t quite go away, a payment that keeps coming round, and that little knot in your stomach every time you check your bank app. Debt can feel normal these days, but that doesn’t mean it’s harmless. Because once you understand what debt is really costing you — and how to take control of it — you can stop feeling stuck… and start moving forward again.

In this episode, we talk about:

  • If debt is good or bad
  • Whether debt is an inevitable part of life?
  • If it is possible to have debt and save for the future
  • What to do if you're in deep sh*t
  • How to avoid debt in the first place
  • How to get out of debt
  • Some power moves to take control of debt
